A free monthly book for every child

Help bring a free book every month to every child under five in New Hampshire

New Hampshire does not yet fund Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. This proposal asks the Legislature to take the first step: fund enrollment for one in four children under five — about 15,000 kids — so each receives a free, age-appropriate book every month.

Funding Proposal

A funded path to a book in every child’s hands

New Hampshire does not yet guarantee Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to its children. This proposal asks the Legislature to fund a first phase — enrollment for 25% of children under five, about 15,000 kids — so each receives a free book every month regardless of family income, with every child as the goal.
